Hey, it's your buddy Carl
Sounds like it's getting heated. Want to take a break with me before you send this?

Why it matters
Every inbox has a message someone wishes they could unsend.
A heated reply can cost more than a moment: trust with a colleague, the tone of a review, a deal that was nearly done.
The fix isn't to stop feeling things. It's a short pause between the feeling and the send. Carl gives you that pause, right where you write.

What does he store?
Only your settings and simple counts, like how often you paused. Never your messages.
Will he send anything for me?
No. Carl can suggest a short "I need a minute" reply, but you always edit and send it yourself.
